This asset includes an inventory of programmatic information, including policies and guidance, training course materials and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) Trust Fund information. This documentation is used by states, territories, tribes and private parties to implement the Underground Storage Tank (UST) program. It also includes analysis of the laws and regulations that govern USTs, and policies and guidance for implementing the UST program developed by EPA in consultation with state and territorial UST programs.

Preliminary Toxics Release Inventory Data. The Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) is a publicly available EPA database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and waste management activities reported annually by facilities in certain industries as well as federal facilities. The TRI Program provides the Preliminary Toxics Release Inventory dataset annually in mid- to late July to give the public an opportunity to see the most recent TRI information prior to the publication of the TRI National Analysis report in December. Please note that the Preliminary Toxics Release Inventory dataset is not yet complete and will be updated every two weeks as the TRI Program continues to process additional reporting year 2012 TRI submissions. The water-budget-components geodatabase contains selected data from maps in the,"Selected Approaches to Estimate Water-Budget Components of the High Plains, 1940 through 1949 and 2000 through 2009" report (Stanton and others, 2011). Data were collected and synthesized from existing climate models including the Parameter-Elevation Regressions on Independent Slopes Model (PRISM) (Daly and others, 1994), and the Snow accumulation and ablation model (SNOW-17) (Anderson, 2006), and used in soil-water balance models to compute various components of a water budget. The methodologies used to compute the averages and volumes for the data in this geodatabase are slightly different for different components and models.

NODC Accession 0129829 includes physical, profile and underway data collected aboard the MELVILLE during cruise MV1215 in the North Pacific Ocean on 2012-11-03. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U), CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V), SALINITY and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP, CTD and GPS. These data were collected by David Checkley of University of California - San Diego; Scripps Institution of Oceanography as part of Class Cruise SIO280. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NODC as part of the NSF sponsored Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. The ADCP data represent the raw and automated processed data set. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this accession.

This report provides information from an archeological survey conducted on the north section of the Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge. The Office of Public Archaeology, of Brigham Young University surveyed approximately 150 acres of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Servicesadministered land within the Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge. Five archaeological sites and three isoloated artifacts were located.
