Description
Proportion of new dwellings on previously-developed land. Previously-developed land, often called brownfield land, is land that was developed but is now vacant or derelict, and land currently in use with known potential for redevelopment. This indicator shows results from the National Land Use Database of Previously-Developed Land (NLUD-PDL).
