Description

The reports on the DBS senior staff list the staff who are senior civil servants or equivalent posts. They include job title, grade, organisation and salary band. The salary cost of reports column shows the total salary cost of staff working to the chief executive and each director. The reports on junior staff lists all posts below senior civil servant equivalent. For each generic job title the table includes the number of posts (full time equivalent), pay scale and team name.
