Description

Viewfinder 18 was the first Viewfinder of 2016, and focused on skills needs in community and voluntary organisations. The survey was distributed to staff across NICVA’s member organisations from 23 February to 11 March 2016, achieving a response rate of 19.3% (1,209/6,241). The results of the survey were published on 18 March 2016 (NICVA Website). While the responses gives us a flavour of the sector’s opinions and experiences with regard to these issues, the results would not be wholly representative of NICVA’s membership or of the entire community, voluntary and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in Northern Ireland.
