WebPass Explorer (WebPASS Framework): USAID is partnering with DoS in the implementation of their WebPass Post Personnel (PS) Module. WebPassPS does not replace paper records or restructure the U.S. State Department's or USAID's American personnel system. PS is integrated with other State Department HR systems in order to automate the exchange of official personnel data between headquarters and posts and to provide real-time data in support of evacuation and emergencies.
