Description

This is land use/land cover digital data collected byUSGS and converted to ARC/INFO by the EPA. Thisdata which resides in EPA's Spatial Data Library (ESDLS),is useful for environmental assessment of land usepatterns with respect to water quality analysis, growthmanagement, and other types of environmental impactassessment. GIRAS LU/LC is being used in EPA's,Office of Water/OST BASINS water quality assessment model.
