Description

The Center for Coastal Monitoring and Assessment (CCMA) conducted the ninth year of an ongoing scientific research mission on board the NOAA Ship Nancy Foster from April 3 to April 20, 2012. The objective of this project was to collect a multibeam bathymetric dataset with 100 percent seafloor ensonification, along with multibeam backscatter suitable for seafloor characterization in a high-priority conservation area. This report applies to surveys W00221 and W00222 that took place northwest of the Isla De Culebra.
