Description

It is the purpose of this proposed study to identify target insect fauna on the Walnut Creek National Wildlife Refuge by completing comprehensive surveys of remnant habitats on the refuge. The survey will identify rare, threatened, and endangered insects in remnants habitats. The survey should also serve to characterize habitats by the species complement present.
