This release presents official statistics on energy performance of buildings cerificates in England and Wales, including energy efficiency ratings, environmental impact ratings, energy usage, costs and emissions of dwellings and non-dwellings. The statistics will derive from two datasets - Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
