Description
The San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Master Plan guides the longrange development of the Refuge by identifying and integrating appropriate habitats, management strategies, program elements, and facilities which support the goals and objectives for which the Refuge was established. This plan is divided into the following chapters: introduction, the site, the planning process, the plan, design guidelines, development sites, phasing and costs, data base, recreation demand, and bibliography.
