Description

This action plan is the first in what the Leadership Team intends to be a recurring annual plan to monitor and address overall Refuge System effectiveness. The plan was developed to address Management Systems Internationals evaluation of the Refuge System. Twelve goals related to natural resource management, water quality, conservation, visitor services, cooperative projects, law enforcement, CCPs, and wildfire management are discussed.
