This study was organized to address the following specific questions: 1 Does the species composition of the wetland change over the course of the growing season? 2 Is there a significant difference between the composition of the standing flora and that of the seed bank? 3 Do the various plant assemblages within the wetland differ with respect to water depth? 4 Do the various plant assemblages differ with respect to the existence of floating mats as a substrate?
