Description

This Comprehensive Conservation Plan CCP will guide management on San Pablo Bay NWR for the next 15 years. Management strategies will focus on the purpose, goals, and objectives of the Refuge. This plan provides an introduction to the Refuge, an overview of the CCP process, information about the management direction, a description of the affected environment, current management programs, and strategies for implementation. Key issues include: habitat management, public use, public access, sealevel rise, climate change, endangered species habitat, land acquisition, and invasive plants.
