Description
Replaces a current manual process of collecting and processing strategic planning data for resource allocation. Customs and Border Protections (CBP) users at each station are able to log into the web-based application and enter SMEAC information that is presented to the Sector Assistant Chief for review. Upon approval of all station SMEACs within a sector, the Sector Assistant Chief submits the sector SMEAC to HQ. The application uses roles to identify which data may be updated, but all users have the ability to view all SMEACs in the system. The goal of the application is to capture the data and present detailed and summarized results in a PDF format. Also provides user accountability that does not currently exist.
