Verify the accuracy of SSNs of all individual Medicare providers, owners, managing/directing employees, authorized representaives, ambulance service medical directors, ambulance crew members, technicians, chain organization administrators, Independent Diagnostic Test Facility (IDTF), supervising/directing physicians, and IDTF interpretation service providers.
