Description

This coverage was derived from U.S. Geological Survey National Elevation Dataset (NED) Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) for all of Ohio and portions of Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York. The dataset is a raster grid coverage representing a 30 meter grid cell size, or 1-arc second, and is in units of decimeters. The various NED source datasets used to create this dataset came primarily from state agencies who provide such data free of any fees or charges.
