Description
The Electronic System for Personnel (ESP) is a web based, paperless SF-52 (Request for Personnel Action) tracking system. It is used by Servicewide users involved in processing personnel actions to electronically create, authorize, route and track SF-52s. Personnel actions originated by management personnel are supplemented by Human Resource Office data and electronically forwarded to the National Finance Center for payroll/personnel processing., When finalized, an electronic SF-52 mirrors the Notice of Personnel Action form, and can be forwarded to the National Finance Center (NFC) for update to the NFC Personnel/Payroll System.
