Data from an electronic form which provides supervisors or their designees the ability to request access to Federal Investigative Services (FIS) information technology (IT) systems for their staff members. The tool provides workflow capability for requesting, authorizing, tracking, and completing the request. The process flow ensures the requested access is commensurate to the job duties associated with the position and that least privileged access is provided.
