Popis

NODC Accession 0109902 includes biological, chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from OCEAN RESEARCHER I in the East China Sea (Tung Hai) from 2008-01-02 to 2008-01-09 and retrieved during cruise 21OR20080102. These data include ALKALINITY, CHLOROPHYLL A, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, NITRITE, PHOSPHATE, SALINITY, SILICATE, WATER TEMPERATURE and pH. The instruments used to collect these data include Alkalinity titrator, CTD, Non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) analyzer, bottle and pH meter. These data were collected by Wen-Chen Chou of National Taiwan Ocean University as part of the ORI_885_20080102 data set. The International CLIVAR Global Ocean Carbon and Repeat Hydrography Program carries out a systematic and global re-occupation of select WOCE/JGOFS hydrographic sections to quantify changes in storage and transport of heat, fresh water, carbon dioxide (CO2), and related parameters.
