Temperature profile and water depth data were collected using BT and XBT casts from the OLEANDER and other platforms in the North Atlantic Ocean. Data were collected from 18 January 1985 to 17 December 1985 by National marine Fisheries Service; Narragansett Bay Laboratory with support from the Ships Of Opportunity Program (SOOP).
