Description
The number of decisions made within service standards in each quarter and compares these volumes with the overall number of decisions made on new cases and all cases. This includes all decisions on visa applications made overseas and decisions on applications made in the UK to switch from immigration category to another or for extensions of permission to stay in the UK. From Q2 2014/15 this also includes: 1) the percentage of out of country visa applications, in each PBS Tier, processed within Service Standards; 2) the number of cases in ‘Work in Progress’ for both temporary and permanent out of country visa applications broken down by case type; 3) the number of cases and time taken to resolve applications for refugee / humanitarian family reunion out of country visa applications; 4) the number of settlement applications from non-EEA partners on hold pending the results of a judicial review.
