NLRB R-Case (Elections) data from CATS (Case Activity Tracking System) for the period of 01/01/2007 through 12/31/2007. This dataset represents all data that is disclosable under FOIA, for a single calendar year, as obtained from the Agency's Case Activity Tracking System (CATS). Please be aware that from April 2011 through September 9, 2011, the NLRB implemented a new case management system (NxGen) that replaced CATS. This was an ongoing process, and each month, from April through September, additional regions migrated to NxGen, with the data for those regions being retained solely in NxGen. Accordingly, for cases that did not close before a region migrated to NxGen, any information regarding subsequent actions or dispositions that occurred after the region migrated to NxGen was not captured in CATS. Thus, this is the most complete information available from CATS. This supersedes any previous XML data publication by the NLRB on Data.Gov, as significant data review and cleanup was performed in CATS prior to the migration to NxGen. This also represents the final posting of the bulk-data (aka "Data Dump") from CATS. There are some known closing-date errors in this data, reflecting data-entry mistakes within CATS that have been identified and corrected within NxGen. This data has not been corrected within CATS since CATS is no longer the system of record for this Agency. Mercury Hg is a highly mobile contaminant with the ability to cycle through land, air and water. One of its organic forms, methlymercury MeHg bioaccumulates and biomagnifies in upper trophic level wildlife, such as piscivorous birds see Meyer et al. 1995, Scheuhammer 1987,1991. The northeastern United States is at particular risk to elevated levels of mercury deposition; one of the highest exposure areas predicted in these models is the southeastern corner of New Hampshire. The Loon Preservation Committee LPC routinely conducts opportunistic collections of abandoned loon eggs as part of its monitoring program in New Hampshire. Analysis of 36 loon eggs collected in the mid1970s by LPC and 120 eggs collected in 199297 detected mercury at levels that could impact reproductive success Haseltine et al 1983, LPC unpubl data. In 1998, LPC was tasked by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Project ID: 5F209550002.0 to sample inviable loon eggs statewide as part of the Northeast Loon Study Working Group. This group is conducting a national study on the distribution and abundance of Hg in the environment as measured through common loons. In 1998, 61 abandoned whole eggs were processed and analyzed for total mercury. Fiftyfour percent n33 of these did not exhibit elevated Hg levels and were within the no observed effects level 0.5 ppm Thompson, 1996. However, 36 of the eggs laid n 22 were above the lowest observed effects level 0.5 ppm and 9.8 of eggs n6 showed levels that may cause reproductive impairment 1.0 ppm Thompson 1996, Barr 1986, BRI unpublished data. Eggs collected in New Hampshire in 1998 support the conclusions of the USEPAs mercury report and validate the risk modeling within the state. Recent studies by Burgess et al. 1998 correlate lowered reproductive success in loons with elevated Hg levels. Due to high Hg levels existing within the state, LPC recommends further monitoring of eggs, and comparing egg Hg levels and blood Hg levels of banded loons with historic reproductive success of loon pairs on New Hampshire territories.

NODC Accession 0132044 includes physical and underway data collected aboard the MELVILLE during cruise MV1403 in the Coastal Waters of SE Alaska and North Pacific Ocean from 2014-05-13 to 2014-06-06. These data include CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U) and CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V). The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP and GPS. These data were collected by William Cochlan of San Francisco State University, and by University of California - San Diego; Scripps Institution of Oceanography as part of Iron Regulation of the Food Quality of Phytoplankton In Acidified Eastern Boundary Upwelling Systems. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NODC as part of the NSF sponsored Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. The ADCP data represent the raw and automated processed data set. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this accession.

The Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) Database depicts flood risk information and supporting data used to develop the risk data. The primary risk classifications used are the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event, the 0.2-percent-annual-chance flood event, and areas of minimal flood risk. The DFIRM Database is derived from Flood Insurance Studies (FISs), previously published Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), flood hazard analyses performed in support of the FISs and FIRMs, and new mapping data, where available. The FISs and FIRMs are published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The file is georeferenced to earth's surface using the State Plane projection and coordinate system. The specifications for the horizontal control of DFIRM data files are consistent with those required for mapping at a scale of 1:12000.

This data set contains sensitive biological resource data for wading birds, shorebirds, waterfowl, raptors, diving birds, pelagic birds, and gulls/terns in Northwest Arctic, Alaska. Vector polygons in this data set represent locations of bird nesting, migratory staging, molting, and wintering sites. The National Sample Survey of Registered Nurses (NSSRN) Download makes data from the survey readily available to users in a one-stop download. It is intended to help analysts and people who would like to analyze these data. The Survey has been conducted approximately every four years since 1977. For each survey year, HRSA has prepared two Public Use File databases in flat ASCII file format, without delimiters. The 2008 data are also offerred in SAS and SPSS formats. Information likely to point to an individual in a sparsely-populated county has been withheld. General Public Use Files are State-based and provide information on nurses without identifying the County and Metropolitan Area in which they live or work. County Public Use Files provide most, but not all, the same information on the nurse from the General Public Use File, and also identifies the County and Metropolitan Areas in which the nurses live or work. NSSRN data are to be used for research purposes only and may not be used in any manner to identify individual respondents.

In the Pacific Northwest Salmon Habitat Project Database Across the Pacific Northwest, both public and private agents are working to improve riverine habitat for a variety of reasons, including improving conditions for threatened and endangered salmon. These projects are moving forward with little or no knowledge of specific linkages between restoration actions and the responses of target species. Targeted effectiveness monitoring of these actions is required to redress this lack of mechanistic understanding, but such monitoring is, in turn, dependent on detailed restoration information (i.e. implementation monitoring). We created a standardized data dictionary of project types now being applied throughout the region (now RPA 73 in the FCRPS Biop) to assemble a standardized database of restoration projects. The database was designed specifically to address the needs of regional monitoring programs that evaluate the effectiveness of restoration actions. The database currently (2010) contains spatially referenced, project-level data on over 35,000 restoration actions initiated at over 56,000 locations in the last 15 years (98% of projects report start or end dates in the last 15 years) in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, USA. 60 percent of projects report cost. Total cost for projects in the database with cost information is over 2 BILLION dollars. Data sources include federal, state, local, NGO, and tribal contributors. The process of database production identified difficulties in the design of regional project tracking systems. The technical design issues range from low-level information (such as what defines a project or a location) to high-level issues that include data validation and legalities of inter-agency data sharing. The completed database will inform efficient monitoring design, effectiveness assessments, and restoration project planning/prioritization. We are currently focusing on comparing completed restoration projects with datasets of ecological need including standardizing the way limiting factors/habitat concerns are described in salmon recovery plans, and then asking if projects are being placed to address these ecological needs. The Rapid Refresh (RAP) numerical weather model took the place of the Rapid Update Cycle (RUC) on May 1, 2012. Run by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP), RAP runs with two versions. The first generates weather data on a 13-km (8-mile) resolution horizontal grid and the second, the High-Resolution Rapid Refresh (HRRR), generates data down to a 3-km (2-mile) resolution grid for smaller regions of interest. RAP forecasts are generated every hour with forecast lengths going out 18 hours with a 1 hour temporal resolution. Multiple data sources go into the generation of RAP forecasts: commercial aircraft weather data, balloon data, radar data, surface observations, and satellite data. This dataset contains a 13 km horizontal resolution Lambert Conformal grid covering the Continental United States (CONUS) domain.

This digital dataset defines the depth of the Corcoran Clay Member of the Tulare Formation. The complex hydrologic system of the Central Valley is simulated using the USGS numerical modeling code MODFLOW-FMP (Schmid and others, 2006b). This simulation is referred to here as the Central Valley Hydrologic Model (CVHM) (Faunt, 2009). Utilizing MODFLOW-FMP, the CVHM simulates groundwater and surface-water flow, irrigated agriculture, land subsidence, and other key processes in the Central Valley on a monthly basis from 1961-2003. Numerous lenses of fine-grained sediments are distributed throughout the southern Central Valley (San Joaquin Valley) and generally constitute more than 50 percent of the total thickness of the valley fill. Generally, these lenses are discontinuous and not vertically extensive or laterally continuous. However, the Corcoran Clay is a low-permeability, areally extensive, lacustrine deposit (Johnson and others, 1968) as much as 200-ft thick (Davis and others, 1959; Page, 1986). This continuous clay divides the groundwater-flow system of the western San Joaquin Valley into an upper semi-confined zone and a lower confined zone (Williamson and others, 1989; Belitz and Heimes, 1990; Burow and others, 2004). The extent and distribution of the Corcoran Clay was defined for use in the CVHM because the unit is one of the few deposits in the Valley that can be regionally mapped. The CVHM is the most recent regional-scale model of the Central Valley developed by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The CVHM was developed as part of the USGS Groundwater Resources Program (see "Foreword", Chapter A, page iii, for details).
